Noval Fest

For the Noval Properties real estate firm's Open House, the objective was to conceptualize a visual and experiential proposal that broke away from traditional corporate aesthetics without losing the brand's DNA.
With this in mind, a bold, colorful, and high-impact graphic line was developed to project modernity and approachability. The project encompassed the design of spatial structures and interactive environments designed to encourage user-generated content (UGC) on social media, prioritizing attention to detail and the Instagrammable factor at every touchpoint.
